At Fine Fragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been unsealed or used.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and shipping carton, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
